This work is preparatory in nature and designed to reduce friction during diligence and negotiations.

For select clients who are legally and transaction-ready, we provide structured capital advisory and investor outreach support. This includes capital strategy design, investor identification and introductions, and support through the transaction process. This work is conducted under clearly defined scopes and commercial terms and is subject to applicable legal and regulatory considerations.
